How do I place an order?

Click on the desired item, then click on the “Add to Cart” button. When you are ready to purchase, go to the shopping cart icon at the top right of the website and click “Checkout”. At that point you will need to fill out your shipping/billing information or create/log-in to your account. Choose your method of payment and checkout. You will get an order confirmation e-mail once the order is placed.

I do not have a credit/debit card. How can I still purchase your products?

You can purchase our products by choosing the option ‘Cash on Delivery’. After you checkout, your order will be delivered to you and you may pay at your doorstep.
Cash on delivery is not available in certain cases:
-In case your pin code is not serviceable for Cash on Delivery by our courier partners.
-In case you have added a product on which Cash On Delivery is not available.

How long do I have to wait to receive my parcel 

Once we receive the order, we dispatch your product within 3/4 working days using the best courier services available. You should receive the same within 4 to 7 days of dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

 we provide free shipping on prepaid orders.

We charge a flat rate of Rs.100 per order on all other orders.

How can I track my order?

All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.

Can you cancel my order?

We will be able to cancel your order as long as your order has not been shipped. Be sure to contact us as soon as possible and include your order number in the e-mail and ‘CANCELLATION’ in the subject .

Can you stock/restock *a specific product*?

Once the product goes out of stock, there will be a ‘Notify Me’ feature available for you to enter your email to show your interest in restocking a product .
